It's always exciting to work with actors who are actually working within the industry. What's even more exciting is when that actor is 9 years old! This past weekend we had the opportunity to work with Khalid and Amina to shoot some LA headshots befor their trip back out west. These two were a ball of personality and energy.
As with all of my actor headshot clients, I asked them what their favorite role had been. Khield surprised me with his response of being in a spider man commerical. Check it out the video below and tell me this kid isn't awesome!
We had such a blast with these two, that I had drawings of them done, by a local DC artist named Osmin. Here are a few samples from the shoot and the drawings below.
If there is one thing we love around here it is headshots. Our headshot clients are some of the most interesting clients we encounter. We have quickly learned that everyone needs a headshot! As a DC headshots photographer, I shoot headshots for actors, lawyers, realtors, models, musicians, life coaches, dancers and so many other.
Here is a headshot of young Elias, a actor based in Baltimore with tons of talent. We were glad we were able to help him get new headshots!

In light of our recent event, the Headshot Marathon DC, we wanted to give you all more of Cedric's headshot work. Here we have Hazel, a new actress who wants to keep her options open for acting, and therefore needed a wide array of headshots. We had a great time, and look forward to seeing her work soon.
As always, we used top-of-the-line equipment, including Hensel lights, Manfrotto gear, and a Nikon camera. Special thanks to Hazel and all the other actors and actresses who participated in this event, and in the weekly Headshot Mondays.
